Employees providing emergency services are prohibited to conduct strikes (Brunstetter, 2020). Organizational members of agencies catering to enforcing law are also prohibited to conduct strikes (Brunstetter, 2020). Then there are educators who are prohibited for conducting strikes (Brunstetter, 2020). Healthcare workers are also prohibited (Brunstetter, 2020).
