The transformational leadership theory is a theory in which there is the members of the staff are motivated to expect something special from the transformation leader and staff members (Putra et al., 2020). The attitude of the staff members to try to achieve the mutual goals will be different. The staff members will adhere to every aspect of team-morale (Putra et al., 2020). Positive results, boosting of morale of employees, enhanced levels of effective communication with staff members from the organization or industry of patient care are strengths of this theory (Putra et al., 2020).
