The limits of the California State Assembly are restricted to a term of three years from the year 1996 and on the other hand, the state senate people have to serve for a time limit of two years from 1998. It is mostly seen that the time period are for the entire life and are not being interrupted for any reason. Also, the governor seems to serve a time limit of four years with a time limit of two other terms and this administrative restriction was conceded in November, 1990.
