Centralized inventory can be considered as having some fewer warehouses which mostly require a less complicated infrastructure and also less duplication of the equipment, managers, warehouse staff or the bills which include the rent and utilities. As there are fewer bills and fewer employees, it means that there would be less money to pay to business ventures such as marketing.
