The ongoing research project revolves around highlighting ways of communication gap in various organization having an open organizational culture. The organizations and workplaces which have open culture are not only dynamic, rather these organizations also give major importance on sharing of values and perceptions, embracing which significant improvement could be fetched within the organizations. After the outbreak of COVID pandemic, it has been broadly evidenced that organizational efficiencies have got reduced in many of the organizations for face-to-face communication has been affected in significant manner. In the current scenario, when the entire world is fearing the 3rd wave of Covid infection, significant emphasis has to be given on the communication channels and the ways in which major information could be conveyed in best manner (Gaur et al. 2020).
