Artist’s biographical information and background Sharon Lockhart was both in 1964 in Norwood, MA. She has got her BFA degree from San Francisco Art Institute and MFA from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Not much can be gathered about her family background. Presently she lived in Los Angeles, California First exhibitions and accomplishments as an artist She came under limelight in the year 1995 with her photographic series Auditions. In this particular series she recruited a number of children and made them re-enact a romantic scene. It was inspired from Small Change by Francois Truffaut.
