Solution Preview

This week there were many different exercise techniques that were exemplified. Some of the techniques doesn’t seem too easy to fit into my everyday life, however there was a couple that I think would be easier for me to adapt to. For example, the exercises that includes the longes as well as the far stretching of the arms and legs. I think that these two exercises are easier for me to stop what I’m doing for five to ten minutes out of my day to complete.
