I think that the argument about U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) not concerning itself with the world of natural hazards and threats is not correct. This is because the DHS has been formed with the mindset of safeguarding the lives of the citizens from any kind of internal or domestic threat within the boundaries of areas covered within America. Natural hazards and threats must always be considered to be threats affecting the natural environment of the internal areas within the boundaries of the internal control of the DHS.
