If I would have been a manager of a training division, I would try to convince my company’s owner about the ways in which training can provide impetus for developing new talent. I would try to ensure that I explain about training being a return on investment strategy for the company. This is because there can be existing employees always retrained to become more skillful and efficient. Once existing employees become more efficient, there can always be higher expectations of such employees being more productive with similar efforts made and similar time given to work.
