In law, wrongful dismissal in other words can also be also known as wrongful termination or it may even be known as wrongful discharge. This is basically a situation, wherein employees contract to employment of a company or an organization seems to have been terminated already by the employer as well the termination seems to have breached one or more terms of the contract employment also including statute of provision or it may also include the rule of employment law.
