It also gives an insight into a person’s response to complex problems (Ployhart et al., 2003). Employers worldwide use cognitive ability tests to measure an employee's job performance. It has been popular among employers due to its vast ability to measure a person’s construct. There have been several researchers over the last eight-nine decades that focus on the use of cognitive ability tests (Ployhart et al., 2003). It has been seen as the best predictor of recruiting a perfect candidate for a job.
