According to the text, racial affiliation and disability challenges are morphological traits that cannot be reversed and therefore any organization that advocates for the rights of employees irrespective of their racial affiliation and or disabilities are likely to receive the support of many stakeholders which would implicate into minimal resistance from the public (Harvey et al., 2015).
