Yes, every child goes through the same language learning process whether it is a deaf or non-deaf child. The only thing differs is the language that they are learning. The four process of learning like babbling, one-word utterance, two-word utterance, and then a telegraphic stage where children put an idea that needs a long sentence to deliver in short sentences with few words.
