The Supreme Court of U.S. is the highest judicial authority within the nation and as such is vested with the crucial responsibility of interpreting and maintaining the sanctity of the law of the land, that is, the Constitution, by determining the validity of Parliamentary statutes. Such a vital task needs to be performed in a completely unbiased manner lest the spirit of the Constitution falls prey to the vested interests of the few("What Does Article III Say? | The Judicial Learning Center", 2017).
