I think that if the men and the women in the lower or the lowest management positions take up the responsibility for developing the organizations goals and objectives, then it can be possible that there will be a disturbance caused in the overall hierarchy of the managers and the topmost employees of the organization. There can also be possibilities of making mistakes more than the probable mistakes which could be made by the employees of the top management of the organization. This is because the employees of the top management of the organization would have prior experience of already managing the lower ranked employees.
