I think that Management by Objectives is good enough in order to motivate and inspire the employees of a particular organization to do things in a better manner and in a positive light. There are several effective ways to motivate employees by making them work with the formulation of mutual goals and mutual objectives leading to effective management as well as effective work being accomplished and done by the employees as well as the managers. This is because the goals and the aims of the managers as well as the subordinates would be the same involving everyone to work together in a team.
