The constitution is the core of any of the democratic country without which a country cannot be called democratic. The constitution contains the guidelines that make sure that any one body does not get so much power that it dominates over the other. If someone violates the constitution then that means he/she is causing a threat to the nation. Thus, it protects lots of rights for the individual and that indirectly also means the organization or the company. Example, like the freedom of speech, is the right of an individual that has been protected by the constitution but this not only applies to an individual but also any of the firm or organization present in that nation. So, through this protection of the right, organization are able to freely conduct their business within the arena of the constitution.
