Working in teams and making it possible that the team reaches its goals requires two very crucial things: division of labor and allocation of resources, and a realization that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same cause. When teams work in unison then available resources become enough as evident from this scene, where humans completed the task of raising and building a barn without using any machine or other technology.
