At the time of delivering a bad or negative message, a leader needs to find out a positive way of communication. For example, there is a thin line of difference between saying “you are wrong” and “you need to find the correct way of doing this.” At the time of saying anything bad, a polite tone has to be maintained. It is considered that being rude is not the only way because being rude can demoralize the employee. At the time of delivering the bad news, the messenger needs to prepare him or her beforehand.
