Participation opportunities provided in the course is quite transparent about the various conventional strategies in administrative decision making that at times cannot be executed appropriately. They do not acquire applicable participation while executing any forms of decisions and even does not convey any sort of important information to the public professionals which are being heard, also they do not create any changes upon the decisions which agencies and public professionals are often found to make and last but not the least even does not demonstrate any wide range to the public officials.
