Leaders are not 100 percent perfect. They are make error and the great leaders have the ability to accept the error, take responsibility for it and move ahead of it. There are a number of reasons why there exists bad or unsuccessful leader or manager. The leaders who do not have a long term vision is bound to fail. Without having a long term vision, it is actually impossible to motivate others in the team.
