Consider the following: What obstacles will be faced throughout this a change initiative as a result of these gaps? What does your research suggest is the cause of these gaps and obstacles? What approaches and strategies will you use to eliminate these gaps and overcome these obstacles? Following the IRP assignment guidelines, discuss the existing gaps in your organization that could impact your change initiative. Be sure to identify what obstacles your change initiative will face as a result of these gaps. Also, detail specific strategies that will be employed to overcome the obstacles and close these gaps.
