Relationship marketing is the strategy that is used by the various organization in order to make sure that their customer remains loyal towards them and their services. For this discussion, I chose to go through the website of Marriot and it was very clear to point out the strategy that the hotel chain is using for the relationship marketing. There were two points on their website where this strategy was found. In the top of the page, there was written in large fonts “DOUBLE TAKE” where the customers can earn double points by just registering o it and booking through it any of the bookings that they make for Marriot hotels around the world.
