The aims of a proposed policy may be defined and outlined with the use of policy analysis, which also helps to spot overlaps and differences between competing alternative policies in terms of anticipated outcomes and estimated costs. Multiple factors, such as pressure groups and religious, social and political groups, influence policy analysis and ultimately affect policy decisions because they cannot formulate any decision (Simon, C.2016).
