I plan to complete my degree and then join a firm first as an HR administrator to gain experience. Once that is done, I plan to become an HR Consultant and continue my career in this direction. Additionally, I want to also work as a Training & Development Manager as a specialized focus, because I feel I am both capable and have the experience of training and managing others, motivating and preparing them to align with the system and learn and develop.
