There are numerous tools, gadgets, and apps at our fingertips that can aid in the development of aerobic fitness, and other aspects of wellness such as a healthy body weight, stress relief, increased muscular strength, etc. It is now easier than ever to track exercise intensity, test aerobic capacity, track caloric consumption, measure distance traveled, and even garner social support.
