As I am studying in California, I always have to travel back home to Berlin which is quite far away and it is very tiring for me once I reach home for Christmas. As I have to travel so much I always get sleep problems once I reach home which impacts my physical aspects. I get angry very easily, I have stomach upset problems due to the change in the weather and location, I also get very exhausted with the long travelling hours. These all physical changes are present during the festive time and I am not able to help my family members much with the Christmas presents and making cakes and other food.
