Day by day, with the ongoing advancements of science and technologies perspectives and mindsets of the employees are also changing. According to Kroll & Tantardini (2019), while employees in earlier times used to get motivated with heightened pay scale and enhanced job security, now the employees also expect for growth and even seek for new opportunities so that they could enhance their expertise. The problem in this context oozes up from lack of leadership skills among the leaders which eventually affect their capability of motivating the millennials. Leadership contributes as a means for motivating other employees within the organization.
