The concerned article has reflected on relation of job satisfaction with the various other factors within the workplace which broadly includes, workplace environment, employee empowerment, job performance, job loyalty, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The concerned study has chosen more than one hypothesis and has tried to find out the potential relationship between employee job-satisfactions, employee performance as well as has also sought to find out the relationship between the job-loyalty with turnover intention among the employees (Balouch & Hassan, 2014).
