The designated chapter begins with detailed information regarding Supreme Court and judges. As per Article 3 section, 1 of the U.S Constitution all the Judicial power is given to the Supreme court. The authority to design the rest of the federal court system is been assigned to Congress. Congress has set up the Federal court system in which there are 9 justices in the Supreme Court. The justices of the Supreme court and the federal judges are nominated by the president and should be confirmed by the senate. The federal judges have no term limit and are appointed for a lifetime but they can be removed by the Senate on account of any misconduct through impeachment. There are nine members of the Supreme Court.
