Every work and positions at work places demands for some necessary skills and expertise. This is particularly necessary for work satisfaction from the part of both the organization and the senior employees who will be working together. Handling a new employee in this context would mainly depend on intensity of the problems faced by the new employee due to lack of skills and expertise in the specific tasks he has been assigned to. On the other hand, as suggested by Kianto, Sáenz & Aramburu (2017), often an experienced employee too could face problem in the context of coordination if there remain prominent differences in the job roles he used to handle. In such cases, it would be better to monitor the areas of difficulties and focusing on only those areas with more practice work at home.
