My fellow Rhetorians, I would like to draw your attention to the problem, we are facing together that is water crises in Rhetoria. Water condition in Rhetoria is exasperating because of the flow of toxic substances in the water bodies. I have been working in the different water management projects for a long time and closely observe the percentage of the toxic substances in the drinking water. The pandemic time is the critical time where we cannot expend money every time to buy a bottle of distilled water. Now my proposal is to set up the osmosis reverse membrane plant in our city that will cost-effective and will free us from the issues of water congestion and the pollution
