I don’t believe there was anything misleading in regards to the skinny pop popcorn. However the Kirkland Movie theater popcorn is a little misleading because it highlights that it’s “natural” and also highlights that it’s gluten-free and whole grain. This is misleading because it gives off the impression that it’s healthier than other popcorn brands when in reality it’s not.I would choose to eat the skinny pop. These popcorn brands weren’t miraculously different and contained the same amount of a lot of the same things including protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and vitamins. However the Kirkland movie theater popcorn had more grams of fat and saturated fat in it than the skinny pop. Even though we learn in chapter one that fats are one of the six classes of nutrients we should have all the time, too much saturated fat can be a negative thing.
