Racial housing was hard to undo because with these housing practices also elevated the racial discrimination and along with imposed disparities in various practices racial segregation continued to increase. Moreover, once any property converted as racial housing, it was difficult to get it back because of the monetary value, which was used to be added with the property value. Apart from this, as racial segregation was also imposed in practices related to daily livelihood practices which also enforced discrimination of the Black population. In addition to that, while the practices of racial segregation are still prevalent in the society of United States, it can be stated that the housing or property areas which were given for housing for residential purposes, used to loss their value of property
