Plea Bargaining- The pros of plea bargaining is that it usually comes with a confession and helps close the case along with some type of punishment with the confession, the cons of plea bargaining is that the punishment doesn't always fit the crime and most of the time criminals get away with a lot of other things just to make a deal. The criminal justice system is definitely not something I'd call myself an expert in, so I don't think I, alone, could really come up with a better way to make a deal that would end with a guilty plea and a closed case.
