Part 1. One of my self-defeating behavior patterns is procrastination. Procrastination has been a major killer for me when it comes to anything. My grades and quality of work may show to not be as good as expected because my work may be rushed. I can also get a little lazy and i end up pushing important stuff for later because i want to have fun first and work later. This type of behavior limits my success. If it wasn't for that id have all my thing done and no worries.
