Q This module features a number of interesting and controversial 4th, 5th and 6th amendment decisions by the courts. Discuss one (your choice) of these decisions that you feel are fair (or unfair) impactful decisions.
I believe these rights have been written with history on its side. They're obviously there for a purpose and that purpose is to protect the rights of the people. Although warrants can be a huge pain to get on the side of the police, the fourth amendment rights are there to protect the privacy of said suspect/person. Maybe an officer goes to a suspects house to ask them a few questions, but if they don't have enough evidence for a warrant, they can't just barge in looking through your stuff without your consent.
