Q Annotated Bibliography Cannon Task: You are to compile a 6 source Annotated Bibliography that will then be used to write your Position Paper. The topic of your Annotated Bibliography should have been approved from your Memo Proposal. Each source should be clearly related to your topic. The sources must include the following: - At least one book or chapter of a book (this can be an e-book) - At least three scholarly peer-review journal articles o One of these sources should be from a journal specializing in your discipline or major - One credible non-academic source - One other credible and evaluated source Audience: Your audience is anyone that may be interested in the research activity of your topic, but most importantly, your audience for this assignment is yourself. You are doing this to familiarize yourself with your topic and the research that has been happening about it, in effect preparing yourself to write a paper about it. Format: Entries should be listed alphabetically and presented in MLA format (APA is acceptable if it was approved in Memo Proposal), double-spaced, 12 point, Times New Roman font. Each entry should be followed by a short (125-250 word) annotation. The annotation should be a 2-paragraph format: a summary and an evaluation (relevance, author, published, timeliness, comprehensiveness). Evaluation: You will be graded on appropriateness of sources, adherence to assignment guidelines, and proper formatting. This assignment is worth 10% of your course grade.
