Q Hello everyone! A common theme throughout the course is the nature-nurture debate. Take a moment to share your thoughts and to comment on the thoughts of others. For example, share your thoughts on one or more of the following: • Do you think you would be the same person is you grew up somewhere else? How might you be the same? How might you be different? • How do twin studies allow us to separate nature from nurture? Do you know any twins? Are you a twin? • How do adoption studies allow us to better understand the nature-nurture debate? Are you adopted? Do you know anyone who is? Remember, your comments should be thoughtful, well written and contribute something to the discussion. This is a college classroom, not an IM session. Simply saying "I agree" or "I don't get it, " is not sufficient. This is a great way to get to know your colleagues and better understand the information.
