I found the avoiding strategy the most easy to use. The avoiding style contains certain situations when we do not satisfy our concerns or the concerns of the other person. This strategy shows low assertiveness and low cooperativeness. The major aim of this strategy is to delay the process. This strategy comes to absolute importance when there are issues related to low value, to reduce tensions or to buy time.
