Q After having completed the MBTI Assessment and attending the MBTI Interpretation Session Workshop, you will receive an email from the Transfer & Career Center with your MBTI Career Report, a 10 page report with your results (see following image for a sample). If for any reason you do not receive the email and report, contact the Transfer & Career Center (559.737.4875) within 24 hours of attending a MBTI Workshop. Also, make sure you are checking the email account that you listed during the assessment, plus your junk mail. The MBTI Career Report is a 10 page summary of your results with your verified type. Please complete the following for your assignment. 1. Open the attached MBTI Career Report and save to your files, possibly in OneDrive or GoogleDocs. 2. Read over your report, highlighting or underlining key findings for you. (If you have Adobe, if not, you can print it and then write on it, or just take notes on a separate piece of paper) o Page 3: What is your Type? o Page 4: Check out work Tasks and Environment in light of your MBTI Best Fit. (Consider a major/career and match it against the work tasks and environment. Is it a good fit?) o Review Job Families and Occupations found on pages 8-10 in your MBTI Career Report for your preference. Highlight those of areas of interest. o Use O*Net (Links to an external site.) and enter any careers of interest in the top, right search box and review the career information in light of your MBTI Best Fit. 3. After reading your report, you have the option to submit either a picture of your report, a video, or upload the file to receive full credit. Make sure to view, How do I submit a media file as an assignment submission? (Links to an external site.), if you haven't used this feature before this course. Just note that the assignment tab is not available in the Course Navigation Menu, but instead can be found within the module by selecting the assignment, e.g. MBTI Career Report. Click Next at the bottom right of each page to move through the Modules.
