The strategy pertaining to the human resources implies that there will be synchronization of every activity of every organizational member aligned with activities and plans of every other functional department (Banyhmadana et al., 2020). Therefore, the activities planned and implemented by the Human Resource Manager will never be differently aligned to a different organizational target in comparison with the organizational target targeted by the activities planned and implemented by the managers of other functional departments. The activity of recruiting new candidates to become the best matches to fit into specific job positions is undertaken and implemented by the HR manager by implementing the human resources strategy (Banyhmadana et al., 2020).
