Q How does your organization develop the leadership skills of its employees? If your organization does not have a process for developing the leadership skills of employees, what value would be gained by having one?
My organization develops the leadership skills for its employees by encouraging employees to network and providing a perfect opportunity for immense growth. Even my organization often arranges training program for its employees for developing the leadership skill of the employees. The higher management of Walmart Inc. often boosts the productivity of the employees and influence them by providing suitable example of leadership. This can be considered as a great practice for developing leadership skills of its employees (McShane, & Von Glinow, 2019).
