The two chapters for this journal are chapter 3 and 4 and they are Greece and Rome. The first chapter is about Greece and its influence, it views and philosophical positions. Also, it has a section about Plato and classical humanism and about the Greek God like Arete and Agon and then this chapter also covers a portion about the Greek sport. Then it mentions about Athens and Sparta and their views on Physical Education. There were funeral games in the honour of the deceased and also to please the Gods.
