For any new task that we are going to undertake, training is an integral part. As we know that recruitment of expats is a long and strict process which involves providing inter-cultural training to the expats so that they are ready to integrate well in the new environment. When expats are trained in a proper manner that automatically mitigates numerous challenges. Proper training instils cultural sensitivity and gives the proper tools, skills and knowledge by which the expat and his family will be able to adjust to the new country and interact with the people from different cultures.
