Institutional discrimination is so much dangerous as it can affect an individual within an institution. This practice is so much discriminatory as well as unjust. This is dangerous as it is demotivating. An individual cannot perform according to his own skill and knowledge in an institution only because that person is the victim of unfair and unequal practices (Hagelskamp & Hughes, 2014). This practice can also give rise to the institutional conflicts, which has negative impact on the progress of an institution. Institutional discrimination can be the reason for losing a great talent also.
