• Based on the score received, I may have the motivation to lead. Working in an organization means the opportunity to take on a leadership position at some point during a project. Most times, I prefer something other than working as a follower or a leader, as I am focused on the results and quality of work. But when the situation demands it, I can step up and be driven as a leader.Leading a time may not come with additional benefits or advantages. But leadership is a valuable experience for any employee, and there is always the possibility of learning from a team.
