After completing the lesson and the assessment I have learned a lot about why the manager is so important in an organization. They are the one to keep the balance in an organization and supports the organization in many ways possible. So after the assessment and the lessons, I did a bit of research online on how to be a perfect manager. The first is to get to know about the employees and getting to know means getting to know what they want. The second is to communicate or try to be a forthcoming person with the team. Communication is quite important to transfer the information to the employees and lack of communication might even create a problem between the manager and the employees. The third is to listen to the employees as much as possible. Many employees in the firm generate new ideas and want to meet the manager to share the idea, so it is the responsibility of the manager to help them contact him and provide close attention to the issue. As a manager, we can also be a motivator where we can encourage the employees to work hard and also provide them sufficient reason to work harder and bring results. The manager must also be a leader. They must not be a manager. The manager as a leader must provide clear direction and a perfect goal to your team. We can also show them how to achieve success in the organization and also bring good results.
