Do you think these questions are a good indicator of job performance?

I think those questions are horrible. I do not think they would be a good indicator of job performance but I do believe they can be an indicator of creativity. Some of those questions didn't really need a definitive answer, just an answer, and the actual answers seem almost impossible to get an actual solution to. I think these questions can just stress a candidate out and make them feel under pressure, further degrading their interview performance.
