The American schools are living in the zone where the real meaning of diversity is embraced well because it has some advocated some filthy culture in the school premises. According to Jonathan Kazol, in his “Still Separate, Still Unequal”, the scenario in American schools are still divisive in nature. They are catcalled as black and they have to face the derogatory comments everywhere in their schools. The problems of the racial oppression lie in every institution.
